Code of Ethics
The Society of Toxicology of Canada recognizes the ethical responsibilities of each member in performing his or her duties and defines a common set of guidelines that describe the expected behavior to which he or she must adhere.
Members of the Society of Toxicology of Canada shall:
- Conduct themselves, their research and their other activities with integrity, objectivity, honesty and candor, recognizing a responsibility to improve public interests and well-being
- Strive to advance their professional knowledge and understanding of toxicology and promote its responsible application
