Associate Representative
Shanza is a recent Microbiology BSc graduate from the University of Waterloo.. As part of the undergraduate coop programme, Shanza worked on diverse projects in reproductive biology, toxicology, and neuroscience in multiple sectors ranging from academia (McMaster University) to government (Environment and Climate Change Canada) and industry (Merck & Co., Inc.). Currently, Shanza is a full-time laboratory technician at McMaster University with Dr. Alison Holloway where her work focuses on herbicidal toxicants on placental health. Shanza completed a successful tenure with STC as a communications committee member from 2020-2022.
